Employees can expect to be in the office a couple of days per week as needed for meetings and team collaboration and should live within a commutable distance.What we do:The Risk Response and Resiliency Function of the Risk Group is responsible for designing, measuring, testing, monitoring and evaluating risk management programs related to resiliency risk. This includes cybersecurity, technology, third-party, business continuity, physical risk and other risks that could impact the resiliency of the Bank.Your role as a Resiliency Risk Specialist:

Design and execute methodologies to collect and analyze data and information to measure, monitor, and evaluate resilience practices.

Collaborate with experts to analyze controls, dependencies and handoffs of critical processes.

Design and develop resiliency exercise program and strategy to prepare the Bank for effective response to disruption.

Prepares inventories, plans, assessments, analyses, reports, briefings, and another analytic and guidance documents to drive effective resilience practices.

Design standards and guidance for resilience practices and ensures adherence.

Designs, develops, and coordinates the implementation resilience training and awareness efforts.

Works with management to enhance and continuously improve the Bank’s resilience strategy.
