Carelon's Digital Product Platform team is looking to hire a Product Management Director Sr .This high-performing individual contributor will lead the strategic development and implementation of digital front doors across the product platform. Initiating digital transformation, this leader will work towards increasing online user engagement, improving customer experience, and expediting services. The core focus will include the creation and supervision of a digital platform strategy, and devising the structure and design for digital interfaces in alignment with overall business and consumer objectives. This leader is responsible for coordinating with various functions like UX/UI design, development, marketing, and sales teams to streamline the execution and enhance the user's digital journey.How you will make an impact:

Develops, implements and maintains competitive product platform.

Partners with product managers to achieve superior execution of product strategy in the marketplace.

Tracks individual product performance by benefit design, market segment and sub region.

Supports the development of short and long term strategic product plans in support of market, sales and profitability objectives.

Identifies system needs to support short and long term product strategy.

Develops system requirements and ROI.

May lead effort or manage project teams in the implementation of complex regional and companywide initiatives including portfolio repositioning in a market, legislative changes, network/provider changes/ medical management program and policy initiatives, etc.

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred:-Digital Front Door/Mobile Apps for members, providers, and clients. Experience with Healthcare Services products and their associated product platforms.-Experience with execution, leading operating weekly calls, and creating businesses for product development and enhancements.-Platform design experience connecting CX/UX, product operations, technology, and leveraging data (analytics/AI)For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $122,640 to $220,752Locations: California; Colorado; Hawaii; Nevada; New York; Washington State; Jersey City, NJIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
