Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Office Manager in NEW YORK, New York. This role is positioned at the heart of our operations, overseeing administrative tasks, facilities management, and office services. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping Coordinate office services, including equipment maintenance, supply requisition, and facility management Foster a productive office environment that is efficient and focused on excellent service delivery Monitor and manage office expenses, ensuring budget adherence Implement office policies and procedures, and ensure staff adherence Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information, identifying solutions, and reporting on findings Support the organization's strategic objectives by providing exceptional office management Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively Demonstrate a keen eye for detail in all aspects of work, ensuring high standards of accuracy. Requirements Must have at least 2 years of experience in an office management role or similar position. Demonstrated proficiency in organizational awareness and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of an organization. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions quickly in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets. High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications in Office Administration are a plus. Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is located. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
