Retrieving data within allotted time frames
Obtain and sort all incoming mail and packages from various carriers
Block assembly errors by maintaining an organized work station
Be able to handle mail processing equipment
Help employees complete diverse projects as necessary
Foster optimal machine performance by troubleshooting simple problems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.)
Run clerical tasks like word processing, filing, scanning, archiving, and faxing
Record, group, and/or distribute mail and packages
Within specified guidelines, obtain high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents
Requirements - 1+ years of prior experience working in a high-volume mailroom setting
Demonstrated ability handling office equipment
Train New Employees experience highly preferred
Adeptness in Maintain Logs
Comprehension of Perks
Regulation experience highly desired
Comprehensive knowledge of procedures
Earlier work involving USPS
General familiarity with Courier Services
Strong familiarity with About Time
Previous experience working with Confidential Documents
Background working with Postage
Parcel experience highly valued
Hiring Processes experience preferred
Knowledge of Policy
Demonstrated knowledge of Outgoing Mail
Practical knowledge of mail distribution
Good understanding of Deliver Mail
