They will be activating digital strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation.Responsibilities

Assist with planning and implementation for an automotive client account across digital (streaming audio, direct display, OLV, etc.) channels not including search and social. This includes inputting and maintaining campaigns within MediaOcean’s Prisma.

Training/Support of Assistant Planners in billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics, and research

Prepare and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelines

Create dynamic presentations that effectively communicate data, insights, and media to our clients.

Build and maintain traffic sheets from initial launches to the client’s bi-monthly creative swaps

Be part of the post-launch quality assurance process in partnership with the internal Ad Operations/MeasOps team.

Intimate knowledge of consumer habits & touchpoints across the digital ecosystem, i.e. audio, digital mobile, social, video, search (understanding of programmatic is a plus)

Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value

Assist team with identifying optimizations across digital campaigns to ensure client’s KPIs are met

Manage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliations

Assist Supervisor in negotiation of Buys, Makegoods, Positioning, Value Add Negotiations

Draw actionable insights based off syndicated data (i.e. competitive, consumer, etc.) in platforms such as comScore, GWI, Nielsen, and others.

Build relationships with Sales Representatives to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client’s media plan

Maintain a knowledge of all ad serving platforms DFA, IAS, and Innovid

Continuously search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to every situation

Qualifications

1+ years of media buying/planning experience (must have gone through one full campaign planning and implementation cycle)

Previous automotive experience is a plus

Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-through skills

Must be hard-working, detailed oriented, motivated self-starter, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.
