This role will help lead the execution of client engagement and acquisition marketing efforts for wealth planning products, partnering closely with our marketing strategy team.As a Marketing Delivery-Associate, of the Campaign Delivery team, in JP Morgan, you will thrive in a creative environment and enjoy managing the end-to-end creative. Initiatives will span multiple channels with heavy emphasis on digital and print to build awareness, educate, and drive consideration.You should have experience working with cross-functional teams in the execution of multi-channel advertising and marketing campaigns that support critical touchpoints along the customer journey and has a mindset for performance measurement, best practices and continuous improvement.Job Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end creative development and implementation of marketing campaigns ensuring initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters

Collaborating with marketing strategy managers on creative development and to identify opportunities, strengthen campaign strategy and establish the framework for measurement and reporting.

Effectively and efficiently working within multiple systems and processes throughout creative development to ensure proper approvals and controls required for a successful launch.

Contributing innovative and creative ideas as well as channel best practices

Thinking critically and making recommendations to optimize campaigns to improve results, efficiencies and reduce costs

Managing deliverable expectations and deadlines

Comprehensive management of Sales Force Marketing cloud campaigns to execute client communications and engage and retain prioritized customer segments

Working across multi-functional teams, such as:

Product and Marketing Strategy teams

Agencies for creative development and execution

List teams to coordinate audience targeting

Analytics team to report campaign results

Internal channel execution partners (email, ad ops, web)

Legal, Regulatory and Compliance teams

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

3+ experience in campaign execution and/or project management required

Willingness to roll up your sleeves and manage the details of marketing project execution including following process and adhering to strict controls

Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines

Proactive mindset when problem solving and creating new solutions

Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners (including creative agencies) and team members

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities

Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on constant improvement

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

4-year college degree

Ability to travel at least quarterly
