Job Description:THE OPPORTUNITYAssist in all areas of financial planning and analysis with a focus on the balance sheet and free cash flow. Position will work directly with divisions to understand drivers of their submissions. Will consolidate the balance sheet and free cash flow for senior leadership review. Will be a primary point of contact with divisions for balance sheet and free cash flow. Will provide actual vs forecast/budget analysis each month and work with divisions to improve their projections. Overall goal with balance sheet and free cash flow is to improve accuracy of projections.Second area of focus will be assisting in quarterly board financial preparation.Will assist with P&L projections as needed.RESPONSIBILITIES

Consolidate balance sheet and roll forward submissions for forecast/budget. Review submissions and work with divisions for accuracy and explanations.

Manage the PBCS balance sheet and free cash flow module for actuals and forecast/budget. Identify (and execute upon) opportunities for continuous process improvement and automation, with end users.

Provide analysis of actuals vs. forecast/budget with explanations. Collaborate with divisional finance to ensure that adequate information is received, regarding key assumptions and other business drivers.

Assist with the preparation of quarterly board financial packages.

Assist with P&L projections and other corporate financial modeling/analysis, as required.

Have a thorough understanding of direct and indirect free cash flow calculations.

Have a strong understanding of the interactions between the P&L and Balance Sheet

Manage the balance sheet and free cash flow module within PBCS

Strong excel skills (be able to work with large data sets)

Have a working knowledge of how to use Smartview for Excel to pull balances from Fusion and PBCS
