This is an entry-level position for an established lighting design and implementation firm. You would be tracking the owner to learn the software and lighting design system and helping on the back end by keeping our tracking software updated so we know the status of each project at any time.
Several projects are running at the same time, so multitasking and organizational skills are necessary.

Must be willing to use our Zoho Projects platform for keeping notes
ChatGPT familiarity is a plus
Gamer (not casual) could be an advantage
TASKS
System Activation
Activate system processors and devices using proprietary software
Project Assisting
Markup project documentation based on site surveys and meetings
Update project documentation through the online portal
Basic Troubleshooting
IP scan
Factory reset devices
Access online diagnostic pages
Y3 troubleshooting process
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Contract employment to start could lead to long-term employment.
