If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will guide application development squads in providing an end-to-end service. You will facilitate and drive the use of agile practices for squad operations including optimizing workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and removing obstacles impacting squad performance. You will also acts as business-knowledgeable resource and point of escalation for team members. You will also identify and resolve complex problems relating to the services provided by the squads. You will work closely with the Product Owner to understand the business and value your applications bring to the business.Required Technical and Professional Expertise3+ years experience with Agile development and Agile tools

3+ years experience with leading application development teams/squads

3+ years experience with data related and/or reporting projects

3+ years working with global teams in multiple time zones

5+ years of business analysis experience

Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with indirect sales channel systems and operations

Experience with Jira

PMP or Scrum certification

Experience with Enterprise Design Thinking
