Description A Trade Shows/ Events company is growing rapidly and is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to assist the Accounting & Finance team for an ongoing contract engagement with opportunity for hire. This Full Charge Bookkeeper opportunity is 100% remote and is responsible for: full-cycle accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, ACH wire transfer, payroll (two transmission a month), bank reconciliations, commission tracking, daily bank entries, maintain internal communication with events team, etc. Attention to detail, having a team player mentality while also having the ability to operate independently is required. Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise 23 is also required.Requirements
At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience
Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise 23
Demonstrated knowledge of Full Cycle Accounting
Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience required
Deep understanding of billing
Payroll experience
Foundational knowledge in bank reconciliations
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be professional, high attention to detail, and have a team player mentality
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Highly capable of analyzing financial data and quickly creating accurate reports
