We are looking for two team members to join our daycare in the West Village
In our we work with upwards of 40 dogs a day. Duties include:
- Supervise dogs during playtime, ensuring safety and healthy socialization.
- Provide care for dogs, including feeding, administering medications, and walking.
- Monitor dog behavior and address any issues or concerns.
- Clean and maintain the daycare facility, ensuring it remains safe, hygienic, and inviting.
- Communicate with pet parents about their dog’s day, including providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Assist with dog assessments and behavior evaluations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the daycare.
- Walk dogs IN ALL WEATHER
Note: this job is NOT just “cuddling with dogs”. While playing and cuddling the dogs is a part of it, everyone is expected to clean up, go for walks, and engage with the dogs to ensure they get out their energy
All applicants must :
- Be legally able to work in the USA
- Have reliable transportation options to get to and from work ON TIME
- Have a reliable cell phone and ability to be contacted
- Love dogs
- Work well with a team
- Be able to commit for at least 6 months
- Have weekend availability
- Be open to overnight shifts
We are specifically looking for people with afternoon and evening availability, as well as open Sundays
Prior daycare or dog experience is not required but is beneficial
