- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, internal sales teams, and company partners on digital marketing campaign execution
- Maintain a marketing collateral asset database, a vendor contact database, and a master event calendar stored in Microsoft Teams
- Learn and work with various types of software for CRM, digital marketing, and social media
- Assist the Director of Marketing with creating sales collateral materials such as whitepapers, case studies, and presentations, utilizing your skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Provide general administrative support to the Director of Marketing
- Understand company product, brand, and competitive environment
- Create and maintain a variety of marketing KPI reports
- Conduct basic market and competitive research
- Update social media accounts and schedule postings using HootSuite
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience and three years' worth of business experience in the IT software and/or hardware arena
- Digital marketing experience running best-practice nurturing campaigns
- Consistently exercise a high level of attention to detail
- Work effectively within a team environment and independently without micromanagement
- Full competency in Microsoft productivity applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, plus proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Good organization skills
- Occasional domestic business travel
