Job Responsibilities
Oversee project budgets and manage project scope against client expectations
Coordinate feedback and revisions during post-production
Draft production plans
Lead meetings with internal stakeholders of the project
Provide ongoing communication to ensure the project team are informed
Organize video shoots, book crews
Ensure that the shoot days run smoothly and on time
Produce effective videos to serve campaign priorities
Assist regional and global teams to produce videos world wide
Coordinate contracted videographers, editors and post-production artists
Lead coordination of internal staff and contractors doing work related to video and multimedia, as necessary
Craft proposals around video strategy
Cultivate partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Track impact metrics and analyze and share lessons learned during debrief and reflection periods for campaigns and projects
Work with the wider creative services team (copyrighters, designers etc) and implement internal workflow processes for video production utilizing full team support
Distribute video footage to partners and stakeholders for review and feedback
Review briefs to make sure all details are included in order to move forward with the project
