Responsibilities: Maintain employee equity database, updating information and running required and requested summary and detailed reports Support and collaborate with key stakeholders throughout year-end compensation cycle Analyze daily reports from the external stock plan administrator Prepare weekly and ad-hoc reports relating to stock plan activity Answer employee questions and resolve problems regarding equity plans and grants Prepare and distribute grant documentation and agreements for new-hire and ongoing grants Work on special projects related to equity granting and reporting Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine the company's competitive position Qualifications: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy and details Creative problem-solving skills, good judgment, and an ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to multi-task and juggle several projects and requests with exceptional time management skills Self-starter capable of working independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Compensation experience with medium to large publicly traded companies highly desirable Experience with stock-based compensation, including stock options, restricted stock and/or performance-based stock awards highly desirable Experience with equity administration platforms is highly desirable Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of IAC’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, IAC provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
