The JPMC Art Collection team is looking for a Art Collection Analyst that will support the JPMC Art Collection, a Corporate Communications function serving all lines of business globally, with hubs in New York, London and Chicago. Reporting to the Senior Curator based in Chicago, you will assist with Collection Hygiene & Management initiatives to include inventory and collection assessment.As a Art Curator Analyst you will support the Curatorial team with prep work for global projects, Collection Management initiatives, Sapphire airport lounges, risk and control initiatives and will support the overall Art Program team as needed. In addition you will collaborate closely with the Curatorial team and Global Real Estate partners on the movement, relocation, installation and storage of artworks. You will also manage Annual and Quarterly reports.Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Curatorial and Operations teams in NYC, Chicago, and London on Collection Hygiene & Management initiatives, including inventory and collection assessment.

Prep decks and assisting the Curatorial team with their robust global book of work which includes GRE projects in all regions and the national rollout of Sapphire airport lounges.

Work with the Curatorial team and respective Global Real Estate partners on the movement, relocation, installation and storage of artworks during GRE client center and general office expansions and decommissions.

Update TMS (The Museum System) with art location changes, image updates, status flags, and other data updates when requested by Registrar to assist.

Assist Global Head, Senior Curator, Business Manager and the Registrar with the Corporate Strategy Review process and deliverables.

Partner with the Corporate Art Team on internal and external presentations, documents, and business cases, engagement models, Annual and Quarterly Reports

Assess risk, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding JPMorgan Chase, its clients and assets, by leading compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requires occasional days working off-site, potential off-hours work during de-installation/installations, some domestic travel.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

4 year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Arts Administration or related field

1+ years professional work experience.

Prior experience with large financial institutions or corporations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma)

Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and PC platform

Prior experience with Corporate Art database & digital tracking systems (TMS, SharePoint, TEAMS, Confluence)

Excellent work ethic with a can-do attitude

Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
