Analysts will work closely with Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents on all aspects of analytics work, from data collection and processing, hypothesis testing and model development/interpretation, insights generation and media optimization.ResponsibilitiesFor Analyst level candidates:Position Accountabilities
Support client engagements across the life cycle of a project with opportunities to lead projects from start to finish from project conceptualization, data collection and validation, interpreting analytic/model output to presentation building and insights generation.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to meet project needs.
Partner with clients and be a recognized and trusted resource.
Present data dashboards, results and insights.
Ensure quality of output.
QualificationsCore Competencies & Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Business Intelligence Dashboards (Microsoft PBI, Tableau, etc.)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail/quality of output
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and multiple projects efficiently
Strong analytic thinker and problem solver

Knowledge of/experience in marketing effectiveness, quantitative marketing research (Marketing Mix, Pricing Promotion, Forecasting) and statistical techniques (Regression, Time Series) a plus.
Work Experience & Education Requirements:
0-3 years of marketing research, quantitative analysis in marketing
Bachelor’s degree required
Significant coursework or degree in quantitative fields

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
