Busy Custom Millwork Company located in Brooklyn is looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator with experience.

When a project invite comes in, the Sales Coordinator’s main responsibilities include: review new project with takeoff and estimation team, do product research, and mainly to keep the communication flowing between the client and team.
The Sales Coordinator will do a run through of the architectural plans with the takeoff and estimation team in order to clarify all drawings, line items, and alternatives.
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for site meetings, correspondence with customers, and meeting deadlines.
Skills:
Reading and understanding architectural plans
Able to do a takeoff
Knowledge of millwork terminology is a must.
The Sales Coordinator should have strong written and spoken English skills and has to be able to effectively communicate with the team. Prior experience in using takeoff software and interpreting construction plans is a plus.
