Certificate of Occupancy Project Manager
Leading Building Code and Zoning Law firm seeking experienced Certificate of Occupancy Project Managers. This is a full-time, remote position responsible for all aspects of coordinating, tracking and obtaining ICOs, TCOs, Final COs, and PA permits. Other duties include problem solving, identifying all items needed for ICO, TCO/CO, attending DOB meetings with borough commissioners, training CO Assistants and inter and intra departmental cooperation and assistance, as needed.
The Certificate of Occupancy PM must possess the following knowledge/skills set and experience:
- A four year degree from an accredited college or university or a Class 2 ID in good standing and relevant experience
- Industry knowledge, DOBNOW familiarity, experience with NYC building codes, zoning laws/expediting
- Multi-tasking to coordinate a large number of projects
- Ability to work as a team with other departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Programs i.e. Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Adobe/BlueBeam
We offer a competitive starting salary ranging from $60,000-$100,000 + or more per year commensurate with experience.
