Leading Building Code and Zoning Law firm seeking experienced Associate Project Coordinators and Project Coordinators. This is a full-time, PRIMARILY REMOTE position coordinating with clients and the DOB for approval, permit and sign off. Applicant should have working knowledge of DOBNOW with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Coordinators must possess the following knowledge/skills sets and experience:
- Multi-tasking in order to coordinate a large number of projects
- Working as a high level service team with other departments and fellow subcontractors
- Possessing strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Windows Applications, PDFs, MS programs including Sharepoint, Excel and Outlook
Industry knowledge, DOBNOW familiarity, experience with NYC building codes, zoning laws and/or expediting, as well as a Class 1 or Class 2 DOB ID preferred but not required.
