Golden Minds Prep LLC is seeking an exceptional Education Director to spearhead our early childhood education program in the heart of Manhattan's Financial District. This leadership role involves overseeing curriculum development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a nurturing environment that promotes holistic child development.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement innovative, age-appropriate educational programs that engage children intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of passionate educators, enhancing their skills and promoting a positive, dynamic learning environment.
Regularly review and update curriculum to align with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards.
Manage staff scheduling, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback for professional growth.
Organize parent conferences and maintain open communication with families about children's progress and developmental milestones.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements:
NY State Teaching Certificate from Birth to 2nd grade
Master's degree in Early Childhood Education,
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an early childhood education setting.
All vaccinations completed and up-to-date.
Comprehensive knowledge of child development theories, educational best practices, and state/federal regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for nurturing young minds and creating a stimulating learning environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Employment type: part time (9 am - 1 pm)
Monday - Friday
Very Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications (range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year)
Paid time off and sick leave.
