Operations Coordinator (onsite in mid-town Manhattan)

If you are a tech enthusiast with experience assisting customers and working with a ticketing system, we have the job for you. We are looking for a well-rounded, grounded individual who is detail orientated, an avid critical thinker, and excited to learn and grow with a NYC MSP.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Work out of mid-town office with great team and report to Operations Manger

Answer phones and create service tickets, then dispatching to appropriate party.

Get up to speed with a 3 week in house orientation. Learning the ins and outs of our clients and the DeepTech way to ensure you are set up for success.

Your day-to-day requires strong customer service skills as well as excellent organization and documentation

Maintain and manage schedules for team of service desk technicians.

Participate in monthly operations department meetings

Participate in monthly full staff meetings

More than anything you can expect to learn and be challenged and have opportunities to grow.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must be proficient with the following:

> Have a basic understanding of technical concepts and relate to non-technical users with approachability and empathy.

> Office 365

> Calendar management

> Empathetic and inquisitive approach to customers

> Adept at learning new software

> Ability to multi-task and remain situationally aware

> Experience working in the tech industry, whether retail or B2B.

> Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with sense of urgency and understanding of priorities
