MAINTENANCE WORKER (Brooklyn)
Starting Pay: $17 - $18/hr.
Job Duties:
Perform sweeping, mopping, polishing, minor repairs, and other cleaning and maintenance activities in assigned interior and exterior areas.
Prepare and use cleaning mixtures safely, following safety procedures.
Assist other employees with various tasks as needed.
Drive a company vehicle to obtain materials, parts, and equipment.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
Knowledge of cleaning materials.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.

PEST CONTROL FIELD SUPERVISOR (NYC)
Starting Pay: $65,000 - $75,000/yr.
Job Duties:
Recruit, hire, train, and lead a team of 10+ field technicians.
Manage technician scheduling and ensure coverage during peak times.
Conduct regular meetings with the service team, coaching and providing feedback.
Address and resolve customer complaints and difficult situations.
Ensure team adherence to company, OSHA, and DEC policies and procedures.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as tech utilization and efficiency.
Manage product selection and material usage efficiently.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Pest Management.
Active 7A and 7F pesticide licenses.
Customer service experience (2+ years).
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant technology.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
