Position Overview:
Maintain luxury condominium property organization and appearance
Handle minor maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, electrical work
Ensure property is in good standing for a safe and comfortable environment
Requirements:
Hard-working, motivated, and energetic
Minimum 2 years of handyman experience
Fluent in English
Strong knowledge of boilers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
Duties:
Monitor and inspect operating equipment daily
Paint, grout, and clean apartments
Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning building systems
Maintain good relations with residents, tenants, and staff
Job Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
