AVAILABLE POSITIONS
MAINTENANCE TECH (Brooklyn & Bronx)
Starting Pay: $25.40/hr.
Essential Functions:
Must be on call 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Must be able to handle hazardous substances properly using proper protective equipment.
Must have skills in basic carpentry, plumbing and electricity.
Must ensure the safety of crew while working.
Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to ascend/descend stairs in an 8-story building.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License.
High School diploma or GED required, technical training a plus.
Five (5) year of experience in facility management, repairs, plumbing and electrical systems,
Able to adapt to new building system requirements.
Knowledge of building systems and HVAC.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills required.
Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.
VAN DRIVER (Queens)
Starting Pay: $16.50/hr.
Essential Functions:
Must be able to handle hazardous substances properly using proper protective equipment.
Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to ascend/descend stairs in an 8-story building.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License.
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate and accept supervision from Maintenance Director.
Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.
