We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in the logistics industry. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with tracking shipments, providing delivery updates, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations and warehouse to coordinate and expedite the resolution of customer issues.
Process Billing inquires efficiently and accurately.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to customers when appropriate.
Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and exceed service level expectations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
