Beauty Associates Must have HSD/GED. Must have flexible schedule.
Room Attendant Must have HSD/GED. Must have 6 months+ of hotel room attendant experience.
Youth Counselors Must have HSD/GED. Must have 6 months+ of customer service experience. Must have active valid Driver’s License. Must have flexible schedule.
Customer Care Associates Must have HSD/GED. Must have 6+ months customer service experience. Must be able to type 30 wpm. Must have a phone, computer and high speed Internet.
Program Manager Bacher’s in Marketing. Must have understanding of the game of tennis, and experience leading and motivating teams.
Kitchen Manager (HSD/GED with customer service experience in a restaurant and/or in the shelter system. Food Handler's Certificate or can be hired with the condition of obtaining within 30 days.)
Driver (Must have HSD/GED. Clean driving record at time of hire and all times with 7+ years’ driving experience.)
Case Managers (Must have Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years’ experience preferably in a shelter setting.)

Bilingual Chinese Patient Service Rep HSD and 2 years of work experience. Bilingual in English/Chinese. Reception or customer service experience preferred. Computer literacy required.

Cooks Housekeepers Must have HSD/GED and NYS Drivers' License for 3 years.
Direct Support Professionals (HSD/GED required; Driver license preferred but not required. Ability to communicate effectively in English.)
CASAC (Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years related experience, or Associate degree with 2-4 years related experience. Certified Alcoholism. Minimum of 1 year experience working with the substance abuse population. 3 years’ experience working in the social services field.)
Case Manager (Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with a preferred minimum of one-year case management and/or homeless services experience or CASAC, CASAC-T with minimum 1 years case management experience or educational equivalent working with homeless and/or substance use populations. Crisis Intervention and client advocacy experience. Knowledge of the homeless population.)
