Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic La Merced Juice Bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, possess excellent leadership skills, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of inventory, ordering, and staff supervision
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for La Merced
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations
- Train and mentor La Merced Juice bar staff on best practices for customer service and drink , smoothie preparations.
- Follow programs and promotions to drive sales
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor and control all costs to maximize profitability
Skills:
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a quick food or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Proficiency in POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Inspires for healthy fast alternatives like juicing and smoothies and more
