Scale AI, Inc. in New York, NY seeks an Engagement Manager
Responsibilities: Use specialized customer-driven analytical and technical expertise to deliver strategic, end-to-end solutions to drive account consumption within the Scale platform. Duties include: establishing Scale’s most critical operational processes by driving and overseeing levers with a focus on service level agreements’ achievement and quality improvement; directing service level agreements and revenue consumption for Scale’s customers; Managing onboarding and successful implementation of new accounts; overseeing long-term customer base health by partnering with stakeholders and clients to understand operational issues and address solutions with customers’ engineering team and using Scale’s API; reviewing, tracking, and improving operational performance and planning and executing operational and quarterly business reviews; monitoring the feedback loop between frontline, Supply teams, Product Operations teams, Product Managers teams, strategy, and customers; and other duties as assigned. Salary Range: $156,000-$195,000
Education: Master’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics or related quantitative field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: 2 years of experience in the job offered or related; 2 years of experience developing long-term business strategies to achieve profitability, growth and enhancement of organizational capability; 2 years of experience conducting statistical financial, economics or market analyses to generate informative business insights; 2 years of experience with structured, analytics driven problem-solving by using complex data models; and 2 years of experience facilitating strategic integration and transformation.
