Our company is fast growing hub for commercial restaurant equipment and appliances in Connecticut. We are seeking an E-commerce Listings Assistant to list product from inventory across multiple marketplaces from our 10,000 square foot warehouse located in Stamford. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, business minded individual that is able to stay on top of multiple development initiatives. This role will report directly to the owner and will work collaboratively to scale the business.
Responsibilities:
Direct the warehouse personnel to prepare inventory for listing
Create inventory logs
Create listings in marketplace accounts
Answer customer service inquiries via email, chats, and phone.
Qualifications:
High School (or equivalent) degree
Experience using Excel
Speaks, Reads, Writes in English fluently
Must have 2+ years experience listing on e-Bay, Amazon, Walmart, or similar marketplaces.
