Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced "Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper" to join our team part-time at our Midtown Manhattan office. This role is perfect for a mature, self-motivated professional with a strong background in "QuickBooks".
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Provide general team support with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with QuickBooks (required).
- Experience with Rent Manager Software (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is a must.
- Comfortable working in a small manufacturing office environment.
