Investment Banking Associate An emerging private equity, M&A boutique in the United States is looking for an eager Investment Banking Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate should have extensive Sell-Side /Buyside and or M&A experience and be currently graduating class and interested in working in Industrials, Diversified Industrials, Consumer, Defense or Automotive Aftermarket sector.
Responsibilities:
Conducting financial analysis on potential mergers and acquisitions
Ceo interviews , Creating pitch books and presentations ,Assisting with due diligence process
Building relationships with clients
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications;
Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience as an investment banker (Sell Side) preferably within sectors previously discussed
Proven track record of understanding of financial modeling
Analytic Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research using data-driven insights that help inform business decisions.
-Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal are essential since they will interact directly/indirectly with colleagues across different levels internally or externally during pitching sessions / deal execution processes etc.,
Client Management Abilities : Must demonstrate strong relationship building abilities through effective management techniques i.e., creating trust-based partnerships by prioritizing needs & expectations while delivering high-quality services/products consistently over time, as well as passion for learning finance and sales.
