Job Summary:
We are seeking an Inventory and Accounting Associate to manage inventory accounting, record sales and receivables, handle invoice management, and assist with data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in maintaining accurate financial records to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are properly tracked and reported
- Record sales transactions and accounts receivable entries
- Prepare, issue, and manage invoices
- Conduct basic data entry tasks
- Collaborate with team members to reconcile discrepancies and maintain organized documentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations and ensure accurate financial documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Languages: English (Mandatory), Spanish (Preferred)
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working in Microsoft Excel (Preferably Advanced knowledge)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with accounting software and inventory management systems is preferred

- Full-time
- Preferred hours: 8 AM – 3 PM (flexibility may be considered)
Compensation:
- $16 – $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
