ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Financial Management firm based in Midtown is looking for an Administrative Assistant with at least 1 year office administration experience in a corporate environment.
This position is suitable for an individual with great work ethic who is able to work independently and manage their time productively. Individual must be self-motivated, organized, computer literate and have good communication skills.
Job Description:
Filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties using a computer system.
Mailing
Supply inventory and stocking
Switchboard experience to cover receptionist, as needed.
Perform photocopying , Data entry, scanning.
