Busy Commercial Contractor needs part time CPA.
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires in-person presence at our office to efficiently manage accounting tasks for our contracting business.
Responsibilities:
Document Preparation: Prepare and maintain accurate accounting documents for our accounting department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Procedure Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of accounting procedures to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Tax Document Preparation: Handle the preparation of tax documents, including but not limited to tax returns and financial statements, ensuring timely submission and compliance with tax laws.
Requirements:
CPA Certification: Must be a Certified Public Accountant with a valid license.
Experience: Prior experience in accounting, preferably within the contracting or construction industry, is highly desirable.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Work Schedule: Part-time, with flexible hours. In-person presence at our office is required.
