We are seeking an Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team in Ossining N.Y.
This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday from 9am-5pm.
What We’re Looking For in an AP/AR Specialist (Qualifications):
3-5 years of accounting, AP/AR experience
QuickBooks experience highly desired
Experience in plumbing/heating industry a plus but not required
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills

What You’ll Do as the AP/AR Specialist (Responsibilities):
Enter accounts receivable and accounts payable posting on a daily basis
Post credit card charges, payment discrepancies, refunds, returns, and miscellaneous charges
Maintain orderly financial filing system and scan documents
Process orders
Solve complex issues with invoices
Place collection calls
Interact with vendors
Answer phones
Assist with other accounting projects
