Works with Senior Manager to determine alignment/assignment of Marketing Project Management team to be best suited to manage client base.
Provides weekly reporting to Senior Manager/Director of team project status' and risks.
Provides leadership to Marketing Project Management team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
Working knowledge of project management software. Other skills include coaching, supervision, staffing, process improvement, performance management.
Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.
Planning, managing and executing projects related to marketing campaigns.
Works with the leadership to create marketing strategy.
Creates project budgets and timelines.
Develops and maintains external vendor relationships.
Identifies all the tasks that need to be completed within a marketing campaign.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership / management experience, required.
Highly Preferred:
Strong project management, organizational skills and communication skills. Experience managing multiple projects, managing status documents, etc.
Comfortable managing administrative duties (conference reports/meeting notes, consolidating feedback, setting up meetings, etc.)
Ability to effectively partner across diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
Marketing research agency experience, preferred.
Brand/Marketing strategy experience, preferred.
Curious and outside-the-box strategic thinking, preferred.
Proactive problem-solving mindset, preferred.
Organized and detail-oriented; able to reevaluate and reshuffle priorities.
Hybrid role - at least 2x/week in office (New Hyde Park NY)
Manage and coordinates research projects with external agencies and internal teams and ensures project goals and timelines are met. Directs vendors in development of research methodology design, surveys/qualitative guides, objectives, reporting and insight.
Coordinates day-to-day relationship with outside research vendors; interfaces with internal departments to follow-up on information requests.
Monitors full research project workflow - from internal initiation through to final delivery. Recommends, implements and oversees research designs. Translate client needs into a research brief and help identify best path forward in execution.
Coordinates the distribution of research insight communications in partnership with the leadership team.
Researches and evaluates new potential research partners/products/platforms and areas of testing where we can be more forward-thinking; immerse in fresh thinking.
Assists in the development of market research and data management tools.
Participates in market research planning and implementation for the organization.
Experience managing research projects (quantitative and qualitative) - understands research timelines, knows how to work with research teams, knows how to consolidate feedback, knows how to translate client needs into a research brief.
Experience with qual and quant, but very quant leaning (required). Ideally has experience with hybrid research programs (qual, quant, analytics).
Brand Tracker and Segmentation experience
Creative Testing experience required. Experience tracking results of marketing campaigns and developing reports.
Experience in creating market research instruments (e.g. surveys, screeners, qualitative focus group guides). Writes surveys from scratch.
Experience with Screener and Question development
Knowledgeable about survey best practices (flow, skip logic, filtering, red herrings, etc.)
Experience with managing fieldwork and knowledgeable about best practices/watch-outs (e.g. cleaning sample, balancing demos, what can cause biases in data)
Highly Analytical
Very comfortable with excel data tables; analyzing and organizing data (e.g. creating 'workbooks')
Identifying most interesting information to incorporate into a deck
Experience in building presentation decks and telling a story.
Data visualization and creativity
Detail-oriented and organized (e.g. quality control, sourcing)
SPSS skill a plus
