JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE FOR 28 APARTMENTS
HAMPTON BAYS, NEW YORK 11946
Maintenance Service:
· 24 hour on call service and response for all rental units
·· · Exterior and interior painting as necessary.
· Interior cleaning and janitorial services
· Repairs (plumbing, leaks, electrical, carpentry, locks, toilets,) as necessary
· Ordering supplies and services (including monitoring of and ordering propane,
pool supplies, rubbish removal, maintenance supplies, septic tanks, etc.)
· Cleaning of apartments when vacated and paint.
· Replace light bulbs as necessary
· Decks:
Weekly sweeping and washing
Exterior Services:
Lawn Care
. Cutting and trimming of bushes
>Gardens:
·· Water plants daily
Swimming Pool Maintenance:
· Daily monitoring of pH and chemically treating water July-September.
· Monitoring and cleaning of pool every day (3 times daily and record)
· Seasonal opening and closing of swimming pool
·
This job will include overseeing ALL aspects of property. 24 hour on call maintenance to the rental units
