Expanding legal services provider seeks highly motivated, salesperson/marketer to join our team in our
corporate headquarters, located in Ronkonkoma. The scope of duties would include, but is not limited to:
Expanding business reach through networking techniques.
Identify areas of opportunity for marketing and sales for all areas of our business.
Customizing marketing strategies to sell our various services to businesses or individuals
Determine the needs of our current clients as well as perspective new clients. Create marketing events based on client feedback and requests
Evaluating previous campaigns for their successes and failures as a means to understand what worked, what did not work, what can be improved, and how it can be accomplished
Review the progress, successes, and areas of improvement of ongoing events, and actively making adjustments and pitches for improvements as necessary
Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
Update client databases and maintain log of your contacts
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Ability to find new clients and increase the number of new accounts
Representing our company at events , internal and external to our office
Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales and/or marketing, customer service, or other related fields
Friendly, outgoing, self starter
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Must be self-driven but also works well in a team
Is available to work flexible hours
