We manage several multi-tenant commercial warehouse properties in east Nassau County and are looking for a part-time candidate who can liaise with our office for the coordination and overseeing of routine maintenance projects.
Candidate is required to have five or more years of experience working with plumbers, electricians, carpenters, landscapers, and general tradesmen. This individual must be able to plan schedule and implement repair projects effectively, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
Our ideal candidate is to reside in the area, have first-hand experience in general maintenance, be able to personally implement simple tasks, and schedule contractors for large projects. This candidate must be experienced in creating maintenance cycles and logs to reduce critical failures.
This is a part-time position, and our hire can have other responsibilities, however, must be available during business hours at all times.
