Job Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time home inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, possess their own vehicle, have a clean driving license, and be comfortable and physically fit enough to enter attics and crawlspaces. We value individuals who are people-friendly and committed to delivering high-quality inspection services along with great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct residential home inspections following industry standards and guidelines
Communicate effectively with clients and address any questions or concerns
Provide detailed and accurate inspection reports in a timely manner (Typically 24 hours from time of inspection)
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of services
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements:
Home Inspector license
Own reliable vehicle for transportation
Clean driving license
Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces
Punctual and reliable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Smartphone for report writing software (Spectora)
