We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities with ease, and remains calm under pressure while delivering top-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office tasks, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Assist with coordinating any requested information.
Maintain office supplies and ensure work areas are organized
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and new assignments
HOURS ARE 12pm-6pm
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptable to changing work needs
