We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join the team as a Part-Time Billing and Office Assistant.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an eye for detail to contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing invoices and assisting with billing inquiries.
Maintaining accurate billing and client records.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
Answering phones and providing general office support.
Preparing reports and correspondence as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in billing or general office administration is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position starts at 20.00 per hour.
Hours are 10am till 4pm Mondays and 2 other days a week
