We are looking for a Secretary / Office Admin for our Interior Design Showroom located in Great Neck, Long Island.
Your working hours will be Monday-Friday 10am-4pm.
Requirements:
Greet clients
Answering Telephone
Replying/Composing Company email
Scheduling Design/Installation appointments
Assist In-House Designers with product pricing
Data Entry
General office duties
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet savvy
Mandatory:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Clean Record (Criminal Background Check Verified)
Must own a vehicle or have reliable transportation
Competitive Pay based on experience. Prior Sales experience a plus!
