Office help is responsible for overseeing the operations and administration of a our repair facility. Their primary role is to ensure efficient and profitable functioning of the shop while maintaining high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, managing people and ensuring efficiency and excellence in all operations.

Supervise the employees like body techs and painters.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with customers, insurance companies, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication, resolve any concerns or issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.

As an auto body shop manager, you will be responsible for estimating and quoting repair jobs accurately, considering factors such as parts, labor, and materials, to provide competitive pricing and maximize profitability.

You will oversee inventory management, including ordering necessary supplies, parts, and equipment to support repair operations efficiently.

Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines will be a top priority, promoting a safe working environment for the team and customers alike.

Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner will be an essential part of your role, striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation for the shop.

As a collision center shop manager, you will stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies to enhance repair quality and efficiency to grow your knowledge.

REQUREMENTS

A high school diploma education or equivalent educational qualification is required for this position, college education experience a plus.

Proven experience in auto body repair and management is essential. We are seeking candidates with a strong track record of successfully managing auto body shops or collision centers.

Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.

A solid understanding of automotive repair processes and industry best practices.

Proficiency in estimating and quoting repair jobs accurately.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Ability to have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.

Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to auto body shop operations, such as CCC One.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for this position.
