A small, quiet office is seeking a reliable individual with experience using Microsoft Outlook. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks. If you have only worked in the medical please refrain from responding. Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Occasional dispatching
Handling mail (incoming and outgoing)
General office support as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
Strong communication and organizational skills
Punctuality and reliability – opening and closing the office Monday through Friday is a must. Hours are 7:30am-4:30pm
