As an integral part of our organization, you will provide essential support to our management team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication. Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with management team members to enhance operational efficiency and implement new strategies.

Manage executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for executives.

Handle office expenses and maintain organized records for billing purposes.

Assist in maintaining critical company databases and taking meeting minutes.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Monitor industry trends to identify new content and engagement opportunities.

Uphold brand guidelines across all communication channels.

Perform desktop publishing and assist with visual presentations.

Establish and maintain an efficient filing system for executives.

Respond to inquiries and act as a liaison with other departments and external parties.

Work on special projects independently or as part of a team.

Supervise office equipment maintenance and oversee day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of professional administrative experience.

Strong online writing skills with proficiency in MS Office tools.

Exceptional attention to detail, process building, and project management skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy in various situations.

Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports and problem-solving.

Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
