M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
Requirements
1. Act as Office Manager
2. Single point of contact for monitoring staff compliance with mandated trainings (many of which focus on safety related concerns)
3. Creating spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purchases
4. Maintaining a record of staff evaluations/processing commissioner's correspondence
5. Responding to and drafting letter, scheduling meetings, monitoring environmental work orders, purchasing goods and services for the LIFO, reconciling procurement cards
6. Customer service with callers
7. Taking/transcribing meeting minutes, internal control monitoring for staff/caller follow-up, monitoring staff time and attendance, arranging trainings
