We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Office Team. In this role, you will primarily be entering customer orders, answering and directing incoming phone calls, and providing support to other office team members to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the success of our business. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an administrative support role.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office technology.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
