Highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation required. Professionally trained, with experience working in fine-dining restaurants and for private families required. Should be highly capable in a variety of cuisines (including Asian, French, and Mediterranean.
Memorial Day to Labor Day. Housing provided (if needed).
Verifiable references, valid NY driver's license, and background check required. Comp based on experience. Trial cooking days for a minimum of a week, scheduled in NYC. (Note, try out in NYC, work the summer in East Hampton). No pets allowed.
