Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience and a specialization in Mediterranean cuisine, particularly from Spain and molecular gastronomy. Restaurant features both an a la carte menu with a Spanish focus and a molecular tasting menu named one of the 19 best tasting menus in the United States by Forbes Magazine.
